Sleeveless Dress “Trea the Serene”
Linen simple medivela LARP dress with trim
This overcoat is a must-have part of a medieval lady's wardrobe – it is basically a medieval sleeveless dress, intended to be worn over your tunic.
No matter what's the plan for today, it will work perfectly as your main dress for hot summer events and as a second layer for more formal occasions and more chilly nights. This dress is very simple, but we paid a lot of attention to details: we've made sure it is wide enough for most activities, is stitched well to withstand small humans putting it to the proof, and is finished with the same attention to quality you’ll find in all our clothing. There is even more freedom of choice for this dress in terms of finishing touches – you are welcome to choose from contrasting bordering outside the trim or the same colour fabric used at the edges for a more modest look.
This surcoat is very similar to the kids' version you could have seen in our "First Adventure" collection. It has a wider silhouette and its neckline is shaped to work perfectly with our matching tunic. All fabric edges are bordered with trim. Speaking of the trim, it imitates tablet weaving which makes the dress a perfect match to the XI-XII century costume stylistically.
As a part of our "Fireside Family" collection, this overcoat is made to be a general early medieval costume without any particular specific, both to allow more room for your creativity and to make it a good "basic" clothing for a wider range of medieval and LARP characters. The surcoat goes down to ankles, but for things like swordfight or dancing, you may play this little trick and make it shorter, nicely draping it with the help of the belt.
Please note that while this listing is for the tunic, there is also a belt available for purchase separately.
